Is it possible that there's a conflict with another global template? These files use an additional global template; removing it from the document hasn't made a difference that I can tell. I've also re-attached my document here in case I didn't prep it quite right. (This is what I'm hoping because that would be an easy fix.) How do I delete an endnote? Using the automated endnote system means that the numbering will adjust itself to stay correct if you delete and move notes around.
