Unless there is a non-subscription version that has feature parity with Parallels 10 I will not be upgrading to 11 or any other Parallels version in the future. I really like Parallels virtualization but I would rather spend more on a competing product that I own (or use VirtualBox and have all of the trouble there) than be forced into a life-long subscription service for something that will now literally cost more annually than the operating systems that it is hosting.
